I am glad my credit card on file expired, because after I canceled, they keep trying to get a payment, maybe I need to report the BBB to the BBB. Seems like an untrustworthy organization.

Bbb is saying that the business answered when it actually did not answered the last questions based on legal facts. Therefore it should say the business did not answer or “unanswered” by the business. Awful service.
