Warning. favors business, not the consumer! Filed a complaint against a small business that was Dishonest (take 5 oil change) Sent me a link with a bunch a lies from the business but the link said i already responded when i opened it, I had not Emailed the BBB about the broken link.... and they closed the case and found in favor of the business. joke. I used to own a small business and the BBB would hound me and say i'd never see an a+ rating if i didnt pay xxx dollars a month. Small claims, here i come

WARNING: Please Read Before Signing Up With the Better Business Bureau (BBB) My company joined the Better Business Bureau on February 12, 2024 and remained a paying member for over a year. During that time, we received no leads and no measurable business benefit from accreditation. I've used the BBB for more than 1 company. 1 was resolved without an investigation. The other is pending. I just want to applaud this organization for holding contractors & businesses to a higher standard and bringing justice where there is a lack of integrity and dirty business practices amongst some of these companies. Some need to be put out of business for the harm they bring to consumers. Thank you BBB for standing up for the consumer to bring justice.
