This is a very unfair place that favors businesses. I made a review regarding Super 8 in Lees Summit and it was rejected by BBB, and I received an email saying I made it anonymously, although I DID NOT. I stated my name on the on-line form. And so, I made a complaint and I wasn't even given a complaint nor case number (as is normal in other BBB's), and it's obvious BBB does not want to publish complaints or reviews from consumers to not even assign a number to a complaint. Warning. favors business, not the consumer! Filed a complaint against a small business that was Dishonest (take 5 oil change) Sent me a link with a bunch a lies from the business but the link said i already responded when i opened it, I had not Emailed the BBB about the broken link.... and they closed the case and found in favor of the business. joke. I used to own a small business and the BBB would hound me and say i'd never see an a+ rating if i didnt pay xxx dollars a month. Small claims, here i come
