This is about WALMART.com. ZERO stars. Was promised they would send replacement of my Keurig that no longer holds power and will not work. Spoke to Muhammad, Amir, then a Senior Manager Muhammad, who then made the ”arrangement“ to send replacement even though outside 30 day return. Did not receive confirmation email so I called again two days later and spoke to Edward then Giselle. Giselle confirmed there was nothing they can do. After submitting a detailed, well-documented complaint about Amazon's widespread practice of indefinitely withholding seller funds (affecting thousands of small businesses), I was deeply disappointed by BBB's handling of the matter. Trash organization. Why is this garbage still around! They get paid by businesses that pay their optional fee. They stand up for the ones that pay, even against honest complaints. Businesses that don't pay will loose, to pay them back for not paying the BBB fee. They don't care at all about consumers. Total fraud!

The Better Business Bureau facilitates abusive individuals to slander, demean, dehumanize people. We rent equipment. 1 day rental includes 8 hours use. If you exceed hours you are charged additional. If equipment is dirty, damaged or needs refueling, this is additional cost.
