I filed a complaint with the BBB a couple of years ago. The complaint was against Premier Dermatology. Premier Dermatology did not respond to the complaint until they hired a new office manager a year latter. The new office manager responded and wanted to refund my money to clear up the issue. I'm completely satisfied with the BBB, but it took a little longer than I expected to get $27.89 back.
