The BBB would not even send me my case information which prevents justice. This is a very corrupt office in my opinion. They did everything to not help and they simply just needed to send me my information on my case. This is a very careless organization that seems to work against the people in my opinion. They need to fire these unhelpful plotters in my opinion
I've got to say, I expected more from the BBB, but I guess I expected too much. I contacted them about a company that hasn't tried to resolve an issue and still hasn't tried to resolve it, but the BBB closed the door there were no results, just back and forth. It was pointless to contact the BBB because it seems they are protecting the company over consumers, but I guess it is what it is. The BBB is definitely not what it used to be, that is for sure.
lI would not recommend Sirrah Services, owned by Jason Harris to anyone. I contracted with him for snow removal services for the season shortly before the big snowfall. I signed a contract on 1-23-26 and sent him money through Zelle (Lesson learned – never pay for services not provided), After the snowfall on 1-26, I sent him multiple texts asking when my driveway would be plowed. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location (RED CRAB SEAFOOD 4754 Ridge Road) I asked about a smaller-than-usual seafood portion and later made a private comment to my sister about the staff member's (LISA) demeanor. After overhearing it, the bartender/server (LISA) MADE THE SITUATION HIGHSTYLE, LISA snatched my food/bag out of my hand, and ordered me to leave.
