I had a similar experience to another user here, went to the BBB about an issue I had with a product that hasn’t been resolved. This BBB wasn’t really interested in working with me to solve the problem, just decided the company did the bare minimum in responding and despite my explanation that I no longer had access to the instructions provided decided I was being difficult and closed my case. This isn’t really a review I wanted to write but I am extremely disappointed in the lack of support I received.
Before you consider paying this sham, please know they make it as difficult to cancel as possible. They bill annually and bill automatically. They provide very little value. Don’t waste your money. Don’t participate in the shake down. They are loosing relevance in a world where Google reviews has replaced them (which is free). Good luck getting a hold of them to cancel. We signed up with the Better Business Bureau approximately two years ago. As our business grew, it became clear that BBB was no longer a good fit for us. In today’s market, Google reviews carry significantly more weight, and over the course of two years we received only one BBB review, and that was after personally asking a friend to leave it.
