I recently encountered a concerning situation at my workplace in which I was not only acting as an employee, but also as a customer. Based on the Better Business Bureau’s own guidelines, this places me within a category eligible to file a complaint. Talked to manager about experience and he said customer don't matter wow. Bad mistake. Sad sad sad.
They don't seem to know what they are doing. They don't answer the phone. If you leave a message or your callback number, they don't return your phone calls. I filed a claim and 6 weeks later, I called to check on the status of the claim. They couldn't find it. After I gave them all the information all over again, they magically discovered that they had the claim. They were going to initiate the process at that time (6 weeks later).
Made a claim and within 4 days had the company already reaching out. I was having a hard time processing it myself, as I called to get assistance, the lady was very helpful. Anyone who is having issues with a business. Keep all receipts, records pictures etc.. submit the bbb claim immediately
