HORRIBLE. Been a member for over 15 years. When I elected to drop the accredidation program (not for just this business, but my other business as well), they harrassed us with phone calls, removed all our business reviews and showed our business as being "Out of Business". They have become Pond Scum Scammers!

BBB is a scam when our business stopped paying them our rating went from A+ to F when nothing else changed shame on you! BBB

This is an outdated organization. Listened to greeting on phone 4 times for both Idaho number and Oregon number then phone went dead. Seems like Google, Yelp, Facebook is the new BBB.

BBB is extremely biased in favor of the consumer/customer. BBB has made a safe place for the irrational customer to leave basically unnaposed, emotional reviews... Here is one of many examples of how ridiculous BBB is: a customer tried to return a product after clearly wearing it, it smelled horrible and was visibly damp. We CLEARLY state on our website multiple times that you can’t return worn products unless they are defective. So we did not accept this customers return.
