I would give Astacio/Sila a zero if I could. I purchased a Weil-McLain oil fired water boiler in September 2025 to the tune of $19,500. The boiler has gone down twice this winter. I have zero heat in my home. Just called the service line that I have a service contract with ( which I won’t be renewing) and I’m told by Chase that there is no one to come out tonight. So basically dress warm. How can this company get away with this? Consider this review when looking to install Heating/Cooling or plumbing devices.

So NYCULTIMATEPARTYBUS TOOK MY deposit for 10/1/2025 for 5:30 pick up for my babies sweet 16 20 kids dressed wait 6:20 I decided to call was told they will call me back (never did) so I called back only to find out the bus was having "mechanical difficulties " but no call no show. Then told me he did have to explain anything to me.. I said send another bus.. mind u no confirmation email r text stating anything we had to call in the day to confirm i was told they would b on time.. over 3k spent on food, decor, her hair , outf... read more

Progressive Auto Insurance using deseptive actions to get my business. 05/10/2025 Bait and switch.I got a good deal for auto quote and I sign up for the policey.After six months the policty went up 45% no changes in my driving record.The excuse they use is I signed up on line and now that discount went away. They should tell you that the quote is only good for limited time and your rate will icrease after six months automaticly!!!!!
