Extremely disappointing experience with SpeedX NJ LLC, Please rename to SlowX. The tracking system falsely reported that a delivery attempt was made due to “address issues,” which is completely untrue. My address and delivery instructions were clearly provided, and no one attempted to contact me. No phone call, no delivery attempt, nothing.There is also no means to contact these unprofessional craps. This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable. Sales people are pushy and rude.
I would give Astacio/Sila a zero if I could. I purchased a Weil-McLain oil fired water boiler in September 2025 to the tune of $19,500. The boiler has gone down twice this winter. I have zero heat in my home. Just called the service line that I have a service contract with ( which I won’t be renewing) and I’m told by Chase that there is no one to come out tonight. So basically dress warm. How can this company get away with this? Consider this review when looking to install Heating/Cooling or plumbing devices.
I was made to feel very important and the pods representative made sure all My needs were taken into consideration. Very pleased with the professionalism given to My account.
So NYCULTIMATEPARTYBUS TOOK MY deposit for 10/1/2025 for 5:30 pick up for my babies sweet 16 20 kids dressed wait 6:20 I decided to call was told they will call me back (never did) so I called back only to find out the bus was having "mechanical difficulties " but no call no show. Then told me he did have to explain anything to me..
