We had a bathtub installation done by Care Free Home Pros. We commend Nick and Chris for their professionalism, skill, clear communication with us regarding our questions. We would recommend this company and their team without hesitation!
Sonic Garage Door Repair: The technician knew what he was doing and got my garage door operational very quickly. The company however, charged me $400 for two cables and a half hours worth of labor. Way to take advantage of a senior citizen! I asked the person on the phone where the company was located. They said we are completely mobile. We have no location. That should’ve tipped me off.
No stars for BoxHero online retailer! The size ran super small and if returning. They try to make deal of keeping the merchandise at a discounted rate, but they would still be keeping my money for a product I couldn't use. They would not return all of my money if I returned the item. 1. They would not pay for shipping of the return. 2. They would subtract the cost of shipping it to me and charge me a restocking fee. I thought progressive was bad until I went over to Liberty mutual, well on the bright side progressive sends my bill a month in advance. Liberty sent it on the 8th due on the 21st, 13 days billing cycle. And even when the bill wasn't due yet I was getting calls that I'm at risk for cancelation. And emails on the day that the bill is actually due. Also I removed auto pay and my bill went up$300. And if your on auto pay and pay the bill, liberty does not push the auto payment they still withdraw even if you've already paid it.... read more
Regarding Alpha Gear: Read the fine print carefully regarding there return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you will not get a refund or be offered a replacement. I sent the watch back within a week by registered mail. After not hearing back I contacted them several times and was eventually told my purchase was beyond the warranty period of one month and there was nothing they could/would do.
