Yes siree if you have a problem with a company who offers free inspection but then charges for it under suspicious circumstances. Give a call or email what happen and the morons you were dealing with, THEY will get the job done. Performance was excellent, I'm very pleased how it turned out to my benefit
Filed complaint against Southern Air who failed to service contracted A/C service for two years. Because of recent sale to Always air conditioning BBB said we would need to file complaint against them. Ms . Temple was very helpful and explained BBB policies but neither helped our situation. Despite calls to Always Air and email there was never a response so we hired another company to service our a/c.
