Never talked with a real person about complaint. Problems was never resolved.
Better Business Bureau is not a legitimate company and does not operate with ethics. They allowed my competitors to post negative reviews about my company when they had not purchased any items from me.
I had a test and I asked the nurse how much it would be and she was very vague. In the past it had been less that 100.00 I get the bill for the simple test and it is 380.00. Beware CVS Minute Clinic is a Scam!!! Kick backs to CVS!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAM BY CVS. Kate Konie you should be ashamed of yourself I asked you how much the test was and you were evasive. The amount of the test should be disclosed prior to being ordered!!!
