Do not waste your time with BBB of Tri-Counties. It is not worth the money. Not only are they, the most unprofessional company I can think of with not answering their phones, sending out questionnaires without return, mailing addresses or envelopes giving terrible customer service. If you wait long enough and someone does actually answer the phone, they're completely indifferent to what you have to say to them, especially at the Santa Maria office. These guys are the very first people to take your money and when you don’t want their services are ruthless with your outcomes . Thank goodness they are not a government organization as this is managed like a socialist system . Look at their reviews themselves no wonder they were under legal scrutiny . Play fair BBB
I had a big problem regarding one of purchase. But after I complained at BBB things got easier and my problem got solved.
This started with Expedia being BBB accredited. They are the worst company on the planet and I was shocked they were BBB accredited. And then I remembered my own business dealings with the BBB. I was able to buy an A rating and they knew nothing about me or my music business and yet I had an A rating after I paid their fee. This is bribery and so disappointing. Even the BBB can’t be trusted. So disappointing!
