I had been trying to resolve an issue directly with a company for about six months without success. After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the matter was resolved within 48 hours. I genuinely believe my issue would not have been resolved without the BBB's assistance. They were professional, responsive, and helped facilitate a fair resolution. I truly appreciate the service they provide and would not hesitate to use them again if needed. Thank you!

A representative of the BBB contacted our office stating “an inquiry had come in” and there was need to “speak with the owner”. After many attempts on 3 different phone numbers, I spoke with the BBB individual attempting to connect and as suspected, the call was a marketing call. When frustration and disappointment were expressed towards the false approach, I was verbally cut off and rudely hung up on. Will not be joining BBB.
