Any time I have ever had an issue with a business, it has never been resolved bc the business can just refuse to participate in the investigation and the BBB doesn't step in and actually do anything. They are supposed to be helpful in facilitating a resolution; instead, they enable businesses to avoid the situation entirely until they eventually just close the case unresolved, blaming the consumer for not responding to an email that was never sent bc it isn't in my inbox or spam folder. They claim that they're a business to help people find trusted businesses, but don't do anything about it when a business loses a consumer's trust. My complaint was closed without a resolution or explanation, and they provided no assistance in communication or settlement with the business in question.

I tried to report a valley restaurant engaged in fraud. And missy told me the bbb does not care about fraud. I thought the bbb was to inform customers about potential fraud. Seems this bbb is in the back pocket of valley business don’t waste your time here.
