Review for PACMAIL in StuartI recently shipped a package from Stuart using the local PACMAIL store in Stuart. Apparently I was underthe misunderstanding that they were somewhat asociated with the various shippers and that their rates were consistant with the standard shipping rates of the shippers. This was far from the truth. I shipped the package and the UPS shipping cost that I was charged was \$84.40.
