This company works with Bingham Restoration. If you are going to use Bingham's services, DO NOT allow them to use "better box!" The individuals who returned my items broke a collectable porcalen tea cup and chipped off a section of my countertop. After contacting a lady in their office, sent pictures, no response. That was 2 weeks ago.

Extremely expensive and several items missing including electronics and diamond necklace. Packed muddy dishes due to a flood and had to wait an additional 4 weeks to have those cleaned and returned. Would never trust or recommend

If I could give lower I would. They took everything out of the cabinet good enough and had them keep the boxes here because it was temporary. Office worker is a whole different experience. I asked for a list of contents and they keep giving me a run around. It's been almost a week and still no word. Shouldn't take this long because they have bar codes on all the boxes. Plus it's only a few cabinets. Now I see why they're not accredited through the BBB. I didn't pick this company, the restoration company did.

The damaged a bedroom door and covered it up. Their movers did not listen. The lead mover would tell the rest in Spanish to do something different then what was originally asked. DO NOT USE!!!

Outstanding service!!! Oscar Woulff and his team fixed my laundry box issue without any problems! Tremendous work!
