Kate provided a great opportunity for our group to experience. I was not sure what to expect, but the whole session exceeded my expectations. I look forward to another opportunity to attend Breath Work in her studio.
The breathwork event was truly transformative…exactly what I needed with everything I’ve been going through lately. Sabrina was an incredible facilitator, creating a safe and supportive space for everyone to process their own experiences. I’m deeply grateful to have been part of it and especially thankful to Kate for making it possible. It was a life-changing experience, and I’m already looking forward to more in the future!
