After many years at stressful jobs my husband and I both joined the Better Body For Me, Ideal Protein program to shed weight. The program has worked great especially because we work together to plan meals. We cruise on our sailboat half of the year and Rick Goltz weekly phone calls and shipments follow us religiously.
