I couldn’t recommend Leah and Aiden enough! They’re incredibly knowledgeable — my triathlete self walks in all tight and some niggles and I always leave feeling fixed and so much better.
I’ve had many sessions with Leah and Aiden and they’re both very knowledgeable and always providing great results. I always get their oil muscular-skeletal message and it helps with sports maintenance and recovery. Would highly recommend them both!!
I highly recommend Better Body Ballina. Aiden has an incredible understanding of the human body — it honestly feels like he knows every single muscle and exactly how it works. He can pinpoint knots and tension you didn’t even know you had, and works through them with real skill and precision. By the time you walk out of the session, you feel completely relaxed and reset. If you’re dealing with tightness, stress, or just need a proper recovery session, Aiden is the person to see. Absolute professional.
Leah & Aiden are my go-to’s! I love how attentive they are towards their clients, they hold a wealth of knowledge, and have a beautiful quiet clean clinic. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
