Leah did an amazing job with my pregnancy alignment! She is so bubbly and knowledgeable. I definitely will be back and will recommend better bodies to my pregnant friends!

I came in expecting a good massage and ended up getting something far more valuable, real answers. I’ve had repeated issues with my shoulder over the last 3-4 years. Aiden treated it for an hour and gave me some advice on stretching. This is the first time since the initial injury that I’ve experienced a lasting improvement and reduction in pain. The treatment itself felt focused and effective. I highly recommend anyone with chronic injuries to book in, it is worth it.
I couldn’t recommend Leah and Aiden enough! They’re incredibly knowledgeable — my triathlete self walks in all tight and some niggles and I always leave feeling fixed and so much better.
