Wow, I went to Aiden and could barely stand upright or walk without being in agony. After the session I thought to myself wow if my memory was blanked of the previous week I wouldn’t have even known I had a back injury when leaving the studio, He definitely knows how to turn off the spasms and give you the relief you need. Highly recommend better bodies Ballina 10/10
Leah was wonderful. She worked on the areas that were really tight and I felt so light and at ease afterwards and the foot detox was really astounding.
I have to leave a review as this is the best physical therapy I’ve ever had. I had sharp stabbing pains every time I played sport - Aiden fixed them in one session. My shoulder was 90% better after 1 session. Coming out of session 2 I can no longer feel my lower back pain or stiffness in hips. I didn’t actually think these kind of results were possible. Thank you

Fantastic…. Aiden unlocked some tight areas that had me voicing some very colourful language on the way home… because i just felt so good after…. No wonder they get nothing but 5 stars.
