On October 2024 I had blinds installed by this company. Conner came and gave me a quote and was very nice to work with. Installed blinds with in 4wks time after ordering them. Had new blinds up before Christmas. Was very very pleased with the installation. Got everything I ordered and Conner came back for the installation. Even Mark the owner came out to fix a problem I had and he was very nice, and did more for me then was called for. He didn't leave until I was satisfied. I had a fantastic experience with Mark when he came to my house to troubleshoot an issue with my mini blinds. From the moment I contacted him, their customer service was outstanding. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was evident that he had a lot of experience! He fixed the issue and explained everything in detail.
No place can ever do what this place does. I had smoke damage and they helped and will replace for me. I would never go to anyplace else for my window treatments. Great quality and service. The owner came out and settled my mind. I could go on but the best business in Windsor. So happy.
Mark and his team are just wonderful to work with. I called Mark Wednesday telling him I had an issue with my motorized blind and said Glen would be in the area Thursday and they would have a look at it. The problem was solved within 5 minutes and they were on their way. Unbelievable service. Mark has done all the windows in our home and just did our cottage last summer.
