Mark and his team have been servicing our two apartment buildings for years. They are so expedient and the vertical blinds last forever. They look elegant and are professionally installed. When they are done the installation, there is no mess to clean up. If one of the tenants breaks a clip on their vertical , Better Blinds are there to mend it in no time. They came to my home in the County and helped me pick out sheers and a great fabric for the valance which matched my decor perfectly. Excellent experience with Better Blinds. Mark made the house call to measure our blinds; he is very knowledgeable about his products. Installers Glen and Coner arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. This is a great team. Very patient and considerate of seniors. I would recommend this business without reservation.
On October 2024 I had blinds installed by this company. Conner came and gave me a quote and was very nice to work with. Installed blinds with in 4wks time after ordering them. Had new blinds up before Christmas. Was very very pleased with the installation. Got everything I ordered and Conner came back for the installation. Even Mark the owner came out to fix a problem I had and he was very nice, and did more for me then was called for. He didn't leave until I was satisfied.
