We had an outstanding experience with our plantation shutters from Better Blinds. The manufacturing process was incredibly fast, and the quality of the shutters exceeded our expectations. Bonnie is awesome to work with. She is meticulous, and ensures the highest customer service. She gave me so many options, and took her time explaining the products and answering my many questions. She works with wonderful contractors who are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience and we love the new blinds!
Better Blinds installed four sets of blinds in our basement suite in March 2025. We encountered an issue with one of the blinds a few weeks back and Bonnie was very quick to replace the blind altogether (on warranty, at no cost to us!). I really appreciate the great customer service and feel very valued as their customer. Would recommend and use them again!
I had received another quote for blinds from a different company, but I just didn’t feel confident about moving forward with them. I reached out to Bonnie, and I’m so glad I did. She came to my home with lots of samples, helped me decide on the style and colours, and offered honest advice about what would look best—without ever trying to upsell me.
