Zero stars if I could. Our bathroom renovation turned into a nightmare. Lance is Dieter ( owners son) showed up late, barely worked, and after 4 weeks we still have no bathroom—not even tiling imaging with two young kids at home. We paid $6,000 in cash, no invoices. The quality of the work is terrible: Lance burned wires, cut the wrong pipe (causing a leak), stained our near-new carpet with waterproofing paint, and didn’t even level the concrete properly. The lady has no manners, told me if I wasn't happy waiting for my shower screen then I can get my money back......what kind of business says that to a customer. They never call to let u know what is happening so instead I have called them 3 times over the past 5 days just to see where they are up to with my shower screen. SCAM!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would, Waste of time!! Reporting this company to consumer law. Was asking to pay $595 for a shower screen without even providing an invoice. I asked can I please see this shower screen I am buying before hand - no it cannot be taken out of the box Guieto said. Fair enough - what about a link to see the product? Now tell me in 2024 which company cannot provide you an invoice with the product description and price before purchasing it for $600? They wanted me credit card details only over the... read more
