Back in 2017 I had the opportunity to get a loan from Better Banks to get my new car. I have officially paid it off in June 2023. They have been such an amazing bank for questions and concerns. I recently had a misplacement of my title and was transferred to auto loan department where I was helped by Heather Andersen. She exceeded my expectations. She was patient and knowledgeable to my questions and concerns. She was awesome, her customer service 10/10! Thank you again for all your help!
