Back in 2017 I had the opportunity to get a loan from Better Banks to get my new car. I have officially paid it off in June 2023. They have been such an amazing bank for questions and concerns. I recently had a misplacement of my title and was transferred to auto loan department where I was helped by Heather Andersen. She exceeded my expectations. She was patient and knowledgeable to my questions and concerns. She was awesome, her customer service 10/10! Thank you again for all your help!

Everyone at the Chillicothe bank, is very nice and very helpful!! Always so friendly!! When I go in there it is like talking to family!!
All the employees at the Chillicothe Branch are always so nice and quick and thorough. The inside of their branch always looks so nice and neat and super cute with their decorations
