LOVE MY Better Bank! Great People. Been going their for 9yrs now.
Have had accounts since 1971. Account number so low they had to add 3 0's to the front when they went electronic. Always good service. Always polite and helpful staff. They even tolerate getting my online account up and running when I make a mess of it. Have accounts with 3 other banks but this is best service!
I've been a customer of Better Banks for about 8 years. They have always given exemplary customer service! Plus my mom, Connie Smith, works there and I'm proud she does especially after news I got today. They're donating money from being able to wear jeans and a pink polo every Friday this month to the American Cancer Society in the name and memory of my late Aunt Cathy Stillson. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Cindy, Mike, and the rest of the staff at Better Banks are . When my husband passed away, Cindy came to my house for me to sign all the paperwork so I wouldn't have to come in to the bank . Now that is a bank who cares about their customers ! I think we are very blessed to have them in our community and I would never bank anywhere else !

I recently stopped by the Dunlap branch to get some change for my garage sale. Brought in a crisp new $100 bill and wanted some singles and fives to make change. I was told they would not help me since I wasn't a customer. Cindy the manager was even rude about it. Said, "If you want to open an account we can help you." Well at 4:50 on a Friday I didn't want to hang around to fill out paperwork. And after how I was treated I will never open up an account there. I recommend you stay away!
