Wildly terrible and exhausting experience. 0/10 don’t recommend
Gave me a quote not worthy of my credit score and then continued to harass me for FOUR MONTHS. Phone calls, emails, texts....constantly, multiple times a day. They hire debt collectors to call and leave nasty, threatening messages about me not calling them back...I'VE SAVED THE MESSAGES. Dirtbags, scummy business people, horrible practices.
Be prepared for harassing phone calls non stop even after telling them you found another lender.
They called with good caller ID and AI phone person straight to the point. and told them I'm working with one of their loan officers to do the refinance so I assume it will go well.
They keep calling me with tons of different burner phone numbers. I talked to one of the loan officers. I told him I will be contacting him in a few weeks when I'm ready for the refinance but they keep calling me from random numbers for what.
