I stopped my relationship with them after Harvey due to poor service. All of a sudden 4 years later I get a bill from them and somehow I am back in their system. They say they have no record of my dropping their service. Very poor service

The only thing I got from BTA was a $75 charge for an administration fee. They were of no use at all.

They where able to reduce the "taxable" value of my home from $430,000.00 (Harris County Tax Assesor) to $365,000.00 I highly recommend them!! Mario R.

This firm does charge an up-front fee which i will gladly pay next year. I attended the hearing with my tax adviser, Sandi Crippen. She demonstrated knowledge of my property and deep appraisal expertise. As a result I obtained a 47% reduction in land value. Other tax consultants achieved 0% results over the last five years. Highly recommend.

They charge an up front fee and achieved exactly zero results in altering my property tax bill despite me providing ample data points indicating a revision was well within expectations.
