The vehicle rental with BettaCNS Car Hire in Cairns was nothing short of exceptional. From the service at the vehicle pick up point to the ease of the return process, everything was smooth and geared around my needs. The staff were all brilliant. The vehicle was excellent and fit for purpose. This was an unexpectedly pleasant experience and I will definitely use this business again.
Awesome company with great staff. We were worried about hiring a company away from the airport but the transfer was seamless. They picked us up within a few minutes of our arrival and dropped us back with less than a 5 minute delay. The price was fantastic and the car was spotless.
Very Disappointed with Betta Cairns Car Rentals I booked a vehicle with Betta Cairns Car Rentals to travel to Townsville over the Christmas break to visit family. This morning I received a call from one of the staff saying, “I’m going to cancel your booking.” When I asked why, I was given three different reasons — something about the weather in Townsville, that my booking was too short, and that the vehicle booking was overlapping.
