I feel like you are in the country when you visit this store - genuine people, customer service and they invest time in you making sure you are informed to make a purchase that is right for you. Full of knowledge and experience. No pressure, no upselling - and they price match with any competitor too. Much better experience than visiting a bigger brand/competitor.
Bought a fridge/freezer in November and it has stopped working already. Even though I am entitled to full cash refund for full value of item according to consumer affairs Victoria, they are only offering store credit. They have been incredibly unhelpful (especially Steve), and I would never deal with them again, so store credit is completely unwanted.
