I have been training with Betsy for over one year. She has also advised me on my diet. At the age of 71 I am now down to my high school weight and in the best shape of my adult life. I recommend Betsy for anyone who wants to learn how to practice a healthy life style. She has a very positive attitude and is a great motivator. I have utilized several trainers and dietitians in past years, and none of them compare to Betsy. Her knowledge base is excellent, and she clearly practices what she preaches.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Betsy was very knowledgeable and able to make the goals seem realistic to achieve. She was a great listener and able to help me focus on what I needed to change. She provided me with helpful handout that I will use. She also has a training background and was able to give me tips on how to improve my workouts to help me with my weight. I thought our session was very helpful and I would see her again.
