Save your time and money and go with a different attorney. Several mistakes in legal documents, lack of counseling, unnecessary costly subpoenas and delays from her office in getting documents submitted on time, just to name a few reasons why. I felt like I never received proper guidance or advising from Betsy. First thing that needed to be filed with the court was done so at the last minute + the wrong draft was filed. They had to retract it and file for an extension instead. Mrs. Betsy blamed it on Mrs. Wanda in the office. Second thing that needed to be filed was not done till the last minute. If it had not been filed, I would need to appear in court the next morning at 8am. Had me not knowing till 6pm.
