Came in for some door buster sales this am with my wife about an hour after opening. The line was all the way around the inside of the store. My wife had surgery earlier this week so she couldn't stand there that long. So I popped back in without her right before closing, I told the ladies about her look and they quickly helped me find 4 items that would be perfect. The shop has a friendly staff and cute merchandise, but there’s mold in the building! You can smell it when you walk in. If you’re allergic or sensitive to it, you can feel it in your ears, eyes, and throat within a few minutes. This needs to be resolved for the health of your employees and customers.
I have always enjoyed shopping at Betsey’s; always so organized and easy to find outfits in color schemes. Jessica was so helpful this morning; she was patient and helped with advice matching outfits. Thank you for a nice experience!!
Bought 2 sweaters at the local Vintage Market Days booth - no receipt was text. Mistakenly double charged (realized after checking my account at home). I get it - mistakes happen but it’s 25 mins to go back, so that’s annoying. Explained the situation to the lady that had checked me out earlier. As she looked at her records, I tried to make small talk giving her compliments on her clothes & workers. During this she lets me know she’s the owner.
