This boutique is a 10/10 ! Affordable, classy, trendy and they are always having deals. My favorites are the daily deals and the mystery bags. If you’re on the fence about Shopping here, I recommend that you try it. You won’t be disappointed.
I have ordered from Betsey’s several times and have always been satisfied. After placing an order this past Sunday, I needed to cancel it due to financial constraints and believed this would be possible since the order had not yet shipped. I made multiple attempts to contact customer service but only received a busy signal. I also tried calling the store directly, but no one answered and voicemail was not available. My order supposedly shipped 3 days ago yet UPS doesn’t even have the package yet. Sorry but “label created” does NOT mean shipped!! Not very happy!
Really nice clothing selection. Don't know what took me so long to hear about this place.
I love this little boutique. The staff is always friendly and the clothes are amazing. Love it all I will be back and I will share my opinion with my friends.
