Top notch customer service!!
The girls that work at this store are very kind and super helpful! I don’t know her name but I’d say she’s “The Boss” … she can look at you and she knows your size! She has great suggestions and will bring you 20 different sizes if you need them once inside the dressing room!!! My entire wardrobe comes from this store!!! Thanks for always making shopping at Betsy’s FUN!!!!
They kept bringing us clothes to try and it was lovely, I found 2 shirts and 2 skirts and 1 pair of pants that I loved! The people working there were very kind and helpful, they brought me clothes that they thought would look good on me and that was very nice
I visited the Rockford store today. My 2nd visit since Christmas. Shelley is awesome at picking out styles and sizes that fit me !! She is definitely my go to girl when I am there. I also shopped at Christmas. I described my 3 girls and she picked out sizes and styles that the girls absolutely loved ! The store is loaded with inventory and has beautiful colors and styles. They have something for everyone !
I ordered a purse for my early birthday present (from my hubby, of course 😜) which actually turned out to be listed at and AMAZING sale price and then showed up a day ahead of time! I love supporting small business and, although we are on a budget, that is always a consideration for us, so I will definitely be back!
