The owner Beth is so rude and doesn't have any people skills. No claim ticket is given when you drop off items to be finished out. So you don't have any proof that you indeed dropped off something. I took 2 ornaments to be finished out in May. Now it is October 10th and I still don't have one of the ornaments. When I voiced my concern that it may be lost, Beth quickly replied, We haven't lost anything in 13 years and I don't anticipate loosing anything this year. They don't need my business anymore.
