My mom was placed here after her second hospitalization in 2 months for physical rehab. It was 48 miles one way for me, but I didn't hesitate because I knew the quality of care would be over the top. And it was. I can't thank the staff enough for their loving care. Unfortunately, my mom's health insurance stopped after 28 days of PT and we were looking at placing her in a long term care facility that had an available medicaid bed. Don't put family members here unless you can stay and rake care of them. Don't ask for pain meds, they're 2 hours late or never come at all!!!!!

BEWARE! I moved to Bethlen in November 2020. Concordia Lutheran Ministries bought the place in May 2023. In their first 20 months of ownership, they have raised my rent over 42%. We're a Retirement Community, for heaven's sake, living on fixed income and savings. That doesn't seem to be a very Christian way of doing business.
