Everyone is so friendly and helpful here! I enjoy taking walks around the facility and outside around the grounds. I am so glad I made the decision to move here to Terrace. I enjoy playing bingo with my friends and having a great meal at dinner.
I am so glad I made Bethesda Terrace my home. I can go on the grocery shuttle every Tuesday. I no longer have to worry about driving myself for Dr. Appointments as Bethesda has a Van that can take us to and from our doctor appointments. Everyone here is so kind and I have made many new friends! The Happy Hours on Fridays are my favorite events to go to! When the weather is nice, I enjoy sitting out back and hearing our beautiful waterfall!
they are understaffed in dining room, you can tell service so slow and bad, and the manager just sits in office doesn't want to help out, residents are frustrated
We moved in at the end of November. Bethesda made making the move easy with their moving affiliate by providing a floor plan with our furniture in place so we could be sure it all fit. The Staff is always available to answer any question and with a smile in both their voice and face. The maintenance group made sure our pictures were put up quickly and to our choosing and it felt like home within the first few days.
