3/21/25: Dave (Escandon?) came to address the 3/20/25 evening failure of both our Verizon systems to provide TV, with each giving the same error message. Our landline was operating normally. Dave worked with diligence and skill, concluding the problem was in our set top boxes. He called Verizon tech support and gave them the error message code. The technicians given my info promptly diagnosed the problem and were able to resolve the issue in a short time. They were prompt in arriving at the given time, were very courteous,,and made sure the work area was cleaned.
