It couldn’t have been worse. A service person came out, explaining what would happen re contacting -a third party and I’d be notified. I wasn’t. . I sent at least two emails asking for a reply. Nothing. Finally a plea for a response and I get a call telling me the third party who Beth Syst contacted will call with results…..that they can do nothing. Then an email that my service with Beth Syst is terminated. BEFORE I GET ANY OFFICIAL RESPONSE WHY MY UNIT CANNOT BE REPAIRED. And then an email asking me to rate my service! Wel... read more

Another great experience with Bethesda Systems. The tech, Philip Gale, showed up on time, quickly assessed the issue, installed the new equipment, and did not nickel and dime me on the labor hours. Thanks again!!!
