We usually really enjoy their salt caves & the owner is really nice. She suggested we try their couples massage and so we did on our next visit. I had a terrible massage with Tiffany and my S.O. had a wonderful one with James. James was courteous & has strong hands, while Tiffany was rude and her massage was so light it did nothing even for relaxation. If you need some time to yourself and are looking to relax I highly recommend. The salt cave is unmatched. It is truly 1 of 1.
This is literally my favorite destination for wellness in Asheville. I own Be Well Asheville and part of what I do is curate the best wellness experiences for others by providing a directory, events, podcast and other wellness resources. But my favorite thing is weekly, I personally go experience wellness events and venues like the Salt Cave. So far... I'm just telling you... It's my favorite place!
