If I could give the infant teachers a separate rating I would give them 5 stars. The director on the other hand does not care and will gas light you if they mess up. They randomly charged my card $450 , and when I tried to get the problem fixed she didn’t respond for several days saying she doesn’t check the messaging app which is how she sends messages to us. I have been trying to reserve a spot for my 2 kids since the May. First, time they told me that they would call me back in a week because they will find out if they have room next week. I reached out to them again about a week ago. Over the phone they told me they had room for both of them and to come in for a tour and to pay the registration fee to secure the spot. This place is nothing less than amazing. The teachers are great as well , my little is always excited to go to school every morning. They’re very hands on with every child. Love this place !!!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of sending our daughter to this location of KinderCare. We feel that the staff here treated us like family. Our daughter was a NICU baby so we were apprehensive about being apart from her. The team here was excellent at putting our fears to ease and ensuring that our child was safe. We would go farther to say that she was more than fine. The teachers are truly wonderful, caring and we consider them to be one of the co-parents.
