I would like to speak to the OWNER of this location! I will be looking into reporting this location due to the professionalism and treatment of the clients. Im am looking into perusing reporting this particular location. I have worked in the daycare profession FOR YEARS and what i am hearing is RIDICULOUS! So i do know the oroper channels on how to go about an unprofessional daycare setting. THESE REVIEWS ARE VERY ACCURATE!!!! I encourage consumers to READ THEM!!!

Where do I even start with this review?!?! I’m already crying writing this!! I am so grateful for this center and all of the teachers and staff. They are all so wonderful. However, I want to give a special shout out to Miss Sarah and the preschool/pre-K room as well as Marinella in the infant room, not sure if I spelled her name correctly. Don't send your kids here. Look anywhere else. The place is terrible. The people are terrible. Their practices are terrible. Just do not send your kids here. Save yourself the time, energy and effort and on top of that the money. It's just not worth it. It's everything is terrible had multiple problems with these people. Way they treat my children.

We’ve been really happy with Bethel Road KinderCare for our two daughters. Director Roslynne Williams is kind and approachable and the teachers are caring. I’d recommend this daycare for any family that is looking for a safe environment for your kids to learn and grow.
