Such a beautiful community of people and nursing staff… would highly recommend bethel to anyone looking for a loving place for their loved one…all questions were answered, staff pleasant and helpful. Management always ready to chat and answer any queries we have. Nursing staff always happy and approachable. We,looked at a few nursing facilities and this facility spent the most time with us.
Bethel Health in Mill Park has been an extraordinary blessing for both my brother and me. With Mum receiving high care for over three years and Dad supported in low care for two, we’ve had the unique privilege of seeing the full spectrum of aged care—and we’ve been nothing short of amazed. I cannot thank Bethel enough for looking after mum for over 5 years. Communication was first class, the care amazing and everything clean and tidy. I cannot recommend highly enough the staff and expertise of all involved in Bethel and if you are in need of an accommodation you wouldn’t be disappointed. Eric, Darryl and Melissa and families.
Mum was only there for 5 months but in that time Mum was always looked after by the wonderful stafff … keep up the good work
If I could give them no stars, I would have. My husband and I did a tour looking for a place for my mother, who has dementia, to do respite. We were very impressed with how it looked and the manager said all the right things. We were happy for Mum to do 2 weeks there, and felt confident she would be supported and cared for. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. I visited her after a few days and found her locked in her room (they said she did it herself), asleep fully clothed in soiled underwear.
