My mother in laws' heat stopped working 5 days ago and by law they are supposed to fix it immediately as it is considered an EMERGENCY with single digit temperatures! It's 50 degrees in her apartment at the moment and they said they will come MONDAY to fix the heat. Its now TUESDAY. That is ILLEGAL and a violation of the lease to not place someone in a hotel if the heat is not working in single digit weather!
