Hi. i am writing this from Freta Food Store 831 Bloor Street West Toronto, ON m6g 1m1Regarding the control probe we have, because we use them for continuous duty and commercial they burn after a while and now we need a new design which can be used for long time continuously with out burning.If possible even the grill itself for commercial use and continuous duty or even higher power.
