My MIL lives at Bethany, she suffers from Dementia. We get phone calls daily, that my MIL has gotten out (she wears a bracelet, so she is not to get out), but oh the doors don't work, so she is able to walk away from the facility. Who is in charge here, its like too many cooks in the kitchen, everyone has an answer for everything. The last time she got out she was on her way down 15th toward the 2A. Someone OFF shift saw her, and brought her back. NO one in the facility knew she was gone. who is responsible for her safety???... read more

I appreciate the care and activities for my brother & sister but find it very frustrating in trying to talk to them from BC.. the phone contact is quite short because staff need the phone or there is no one to answer the phone when I call to talk to them. I think this need to be addressed; communication is vital with family . thank you
