I appreciate the care and activities for my brother & sister but find it very frustrating in trying to talk to them from BC.. the phone contact is quite short because staff need the phone or there is no one to answer the phone when I call to talk to them. I think this need to be addressed; communication is vital with family . thank you
My sister was a resident for quite a long time. She passed away on Oct 22. I want to commend all the staff who took good care of her. The former care services manager was excellent. However this can't be said at the present time. Lacking in professionalism when dealing with grieving families.
