Don't bother calling. They don't accept new clients unless you have a direct referral from a current client. Remove yourself from Google if you don't need the business.

I am VERY disappointed with the LACK of communication by the leadership. Our taxes were prepared last minute even though everything was turned in in a timely manner and we had to point out mistakes that were made that severely affected our return. I then had to wait several weeks for a reply email to a billing inquiry because we did not received an itemized statement. I called twice to make an appointment and they agreed to call me but they never did. The third time I called to remind them and they hung up the phone while I was talking. Terrible service! I wouldn't have cared if it was the first time I talked to them.. but we had already agreed to work together and I am annoyed by the lack of professionalism. Now I have to look for another accountant in less than 2 weeks!

My mom was a client of theirs. I don’t know how she was satisfied with them. Because I had to finish her taxes because of her passing. This group screwed me around every which way. Was hit with all types of penalty fees. Than after paying everything. I received a letter from the IRS that she owes more money. I would not refer anyone to this group.
