What a great massage. Will try to come back next time I pass thru
Treatment with massage therapist Beth Purser. Massage really helped with my on going recovery from a knee replacement. Her techniques are very skilled with the body work and her calming treatments really helped my nervous system. Highly recommend.
My massage with Andrea was one of the best I've had. She was also very personable. I would highly recommend a visit with her! Also, so convenient if you are staying at the Best Western!
Beth and Kristin are great hosts, whether you choose a yoga and hiking retreat or a yoga and journaling one. I've experienced both, and I recently attended the yoga/journaling retreat at The Sentinel for the third time. Each time it has been more enjoyable, it never gets old, only better!
