I first saw Beth Kelsey for lumbar and mid-thoracic back issues. Beth’s work is very focused, using a variety of techniques. She is professional, very warm and personable, invites input from the client and answers questions. Communication, plus good techniques, produce excellent results. I always feel safe and comfortable in her beautiful setting.

The BEST massage therapist I've probably ever been too and I've been to a lot. She takes the time to listen to you and really gets a good understanding of what your specific needs are. Then her massage work is absolutely perfect. And she has created a calm and beautiful space like a secret garden or something and you feel that you can just breathe. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her work. There's no rushed feeling or pressure, just peace.

I have been seeing Beth for therapeutic massage associated with sciatic pain in my hips and legs, and also for pain in my back and neck from sitting at a computer for long hours.
