If ZERO stars were an option, it would be an appropriate rating. The Beth Israel Lahey Hospital billing department is a nightmare. Shame on me, since this is my second horrible experience dealing with incorrect and inaccurate billing with this specific facility. NEVER AGAIN. I had services set up.. took the time to schedule out all of my PT appts that I was going to need.. My mother in law had an aneurysm so I happened to miss my initial appt Monday. Wednesday I showed up for my second appt and the receptionist informed me that they canceled all of my appts. She said, “ We have a lot of people that blow off their PT” I said, “Not all people. The therapist's are amazing!!! Its the office staff, they are extremely rude and condescending. The number of phone calls and text messages is crazy.
