I was waiting on my bank to issue my certified check (in a car line during pandemic) and due to my a 30 minute delay she took it upon herself to cancel closing and kill our entire deal. The seller is now reaching out apologizing for her unprofessional behavior, but when a law school graduate turns to closing real estate deals there’s only so much you can trust in their ability to practice, let alone be professional. Zero in 10. Review from an experienced fund manager and corporate banker.

Thank you Beth Casper!!! Had a closing I needed done quickly because I was leaving town. She got everything done and closed in 3 days!!!! Since then, I have used her for all my closing and they always go smoothly. Her prices are also more competitive than the other firms in town.
