We all have aches, misalignment, injuries… i have used a Rolfer in the past with success but never tried the ten series. Unbelievable results! Simplistically an overall body alignment experience that really is beneficial to misalignment/ posture/ injury situations. Beth is knowledgeable, professional and truly listens to her clients and the results are amazing!
Beth is a great listener and has excellent assessment and hands-on skills. She recently helped me work through some challenged areas in my body that presented as pain in my shoulders and neck.
