The owner is the most unprofessional arrogant individual and should not be in a service.business and does not stand behind the products he sells all I can say is buyer beware
Bought a Luminox watch from this place. In less than 6 months the battery stopped working. I brought it to him and he was such an a-hole. Treated me like I was a nobody and told me to send it back to Luminox. He is a watch repair guy and he could of at least looked at it and should of changed the $4 battery. I will never buy another watch from this guy and I buy around 2 nice watches a year.
They seem friendly at first, but do not be fooled as I was. They damaged my engagement ring, although they ensured it would be safe and well taken care of, and I didnt even get an apology. They made me seem like the liar which was not professional at all. Do not waste your time here. Its worth paying a higher price elsewhere, that I have learned the hard way!
Save your money don't walk in that place you will get ripped off. I never felt so violated being ripped off by them. Trust me don't go in that place or you will be sorry.
The girls at Nina's are wonderful! Such sweet helpful people. I enjoy shopping for Brighton and Vera Bradley and they have the best selection ever!!! Best customer service around:)
