I live at Lakewalk at Hamlin and the leasing office has not responded to the last 3 noise complaints. Totally unprofessional, the stress I have to put up with because of the incompetent staff at the front office is absurd!
They have use managers that would rather protect their reputation and not actually maintains their property. For instance, their staircase is very dirty and smelly, I got an incomplete room, yet the managers just called my mom and this corporate offices instead of fixing their issues. I’m not sure why I get blamed for not receiving a crucial email and letter from one their chosen affiliations.
