We booked Bestway in January for 3 day trip for our annual IHSTF trip to University of IL Champaign/Urbana. The coach bus was quite comfortable and clean. Our bus driver, Kurt R, was fabulous. He was great with our students and staff, extremely accommodating with slight schedule changes. He was wonderful with our meal stops, schedule for Morning drop off and Evening return to hotel. We had the best experience, having used a number of other companies in the past. Many thank to this bus charter.
Fantastic Service from Bestway Charter Transportation The Chicago Parrothead Club has used Bestway Charter Bus Company twice for local bus trips, and we absolutely loved their service both times! For our Holiday trip to Navy Pier, we chartered their spacious 56-seat bus. It was perfect for our large group. Horrible drivers, blew a red light and almost hit me and then gets road rage when i honk at him
Our recent trip with the bus company was an absolute delight. The bus was brand new, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities for a comfortable journey. The driver Adam, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and made the trip enjoyable with their courteous demeanor. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule, exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend this company for a top-notch travel experience!
